Grace insurance recently took over our business insurance and in their diligence saved us from being under insured on not one but two of our policies after they picked up errors from our previous broker. We then utilised the travel insurance recommended and when we needed them, they were there again, we felt totally supported to make a claim and get back to having our holiday with no fuss thanks to the team at Grace Insurance! Would highly recommend a review by this brokerage.

I have been using Grace Insurance for a couple of years now and I am very satisfied with their service. I also recommend Grace Insurance to all my accounting clients as I know Frans will organise the most appropriate insurance cover for my clients. Highly recommended.

Top quality service. My business is small so my insurance account is not a big one but Frans treated me like an important customer. He took the time to really find out about my business and it's insurance needs. He came back really quickly with options and had it all sorted out in a short period of time. I love the service so much that I'll be moving all of my personal insurances across to Frans and his team at Grace Insurance.

Grace insurance is an amazing insurance broker. I have dealt with Frans for a few years now and can only say that Frans and his staff give absolutely impeccable service with policies and claims. Frans knows his insurance inside and and out and will always go above and beyond to make sure you have the correct wording in your policy. I can't thank Frans and his team enough for the help, advice and ease of claims. I have and would only recommend grace insurance for any insurance needs. After all that he has done for us our now consider Frans a friend. A well earned 5 star review if I could give more stars I would.

I have received excellent service from Frans at Grace Insurance . He is knowledgeable ,reliable and returns my phone calls promptly. He is the consumate professional and always puts the interests of his clients first. They say you should only do business with someone you know like and trust and that is Frans. I can not speak high enough about the team at Grace Insurance. I dealt with Frans and not only has he saved me $$ on my insurances, but also outlined other pitfalls that I wasn't aware of with my previous insurer. Getting good and genuine advise is so important these days so you're not exposed to potential issues. We've used Grace for over 2 years now, and will continue to do so. Frans and the team at Grace Insurance have provided excellent service. They found me the best insurance for my business. I had to make two claims last year, they made the process easy. Is all I can say If you need Insurance give them a call.
